Education

I attended Dickinson College, a small liberal arts school in Carlisle, Pennsylvania that emphasizes interdisciplinary learning, global engagement, and sustainability.

My environmental science major provided me with rigorous and hands-on coursework in aquatic ecology, agroecology, green infrastructure, environmental philosophy, ethics and literature, wildlife conservation, and environmental justice. I chose to pursue this major because I wanted to learn more about the natural environment and how humans can build systems that work with rather than against natural ecosystems. In addition to the coursework in my major, I have also taken a variety of courses in the mathematics, art & art history, and economics departments.
